Eating... How should we eat?

You do not have to diet to eat healthy. In fact a lot of diets are bad for you. Our bodies need things like calories, carbs, fats, sugars.... We just need to find the right ones! So do your research. Here are some examples for you!

Good Calories - They feed our bodies. Our muscles need them, our brains need them! So what are the right calories to eat? Calories from things like - Fruits, Veggies, Milk, Nuts, Oats, Grains, Meats are good. (everything in moderation of course).
Bad Calories - Candy, Refined flour, Some breads, Soda, Some pastas.

Good Sugar - Natural Sugars (unrefined), FRUIT, Veggies, Whole Grains!
Bad Sugar - Soda, Candy (made with refined sugars)

Good Carbs - Fruits, Veggies, Beans, Nuts, Whole Grains Breads and Cereals
Bad Carbs - Candy, Refined Sugars, White Bread, White Pasta, Soda, Refined White Flour.

Good Fats - Fish like Salmon and Herring, Fish oils, Flaxseeds and flax oil, walnuts, almonds (most nuts), pumpkin seeds, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Avocado's... The list goes on...
Bad Fats - Whole Dairy Products, Butter, High Fat meats, Lard, Processed foods, Prepackaged foods, Margarine, Fried Foods.

So just think about what you are eating! Don't cut out things like CARBS just because someone has told you they are all bad.... They aren't! Just make sure you are getting the right ones!
